Return and Refund policy

We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed of our refund and returns methods and procedures. This policy applies to the UK.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us by email to returns@coffeevends.com within 30 days of delivery. If you have received a defective product, please send us a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for the courier to collect the item at no additional cost to you. We will send you a new item at no extra cost, or if you prefer, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used during your purchase. If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.


RETURNS PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@coffeevends.com or call 0333 880 0280. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged and Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue. We will arrange for the return and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged, incorrect, or defective. To request an exchange, please contact us at returns@coffeevends.com or call us on 0333 880 0280.

Additional Costs
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns related to defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take up to 7 business days to process and deposit the refund into your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company or Bank: Processing times may vary.
